Rachamankha is located in the heart of Chiang Mai City, only 2 minutes from the Sunday Walking Street. The boutique hotel features 22 rooms and 2 suites. The architecture and interior design has been created to reflect the elegant Lanna style of Chiang Mai’s past. Rachamankha offers a restaurant serving Thai and regional cuisine, a boutique and an outdoor swimming pool.
 

Rooms

Rachamankha has 25 rooms within 3 different categories:  Superior, Deluxe and Suite. All rooms consist of antique furniture and Asian arts which lends a unique personality to each room. The rooms are decorated in traditional Lanna style but with all modern amenities. Room facilities include air conditioning, LCD television with multi channel cable TV, DVD player, mini bar, in-room electronic safe and free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
 

Dining

We offer 2 choices of atmosphere for guests at the restaurant. Diners can choose to sit in the air conditioned room or in the restaurant's courtyard. The restaurant serves regional dishes and specialties from Burma, Lanna, Tai-Yai cuisine as well as traditional Thai and other international cuisines.

Facilities within Rachamankha’s grounds include 2 bars, a gallery displaying regional arts and antiques, a boutique featuring works by local designers, a beautiful and very private swimming pool for guests’ exclusive use, a spa offering a full range of massage services and a library with internet ready computers, books, daily papers and periodicals. Other services include concierge services, car with driver for hire, in-house massage service, airport transfer, laundry service and so on.

Location

Rachamankha is located right in the middle of the Old City of Chiang Mai. It is surrounded by many famous sights for example the Sunday Market which attracts visitors and locals alike for the varied handicrafts, textiles and many other interesting goods on display. The Sunday Market is held every Sunday starting from the afternoon and is only 2 minutes walk from the Rachamankha. Chiang Mai is a city with strong Buddhist traditions and this is reflected by the many temples that are concentrated, especially, within the Old City. Close by the hotel is the beautiful and magnificent Wat Prasing which is the center for Thais from all over the country seeking Buddhist merit.
